Going Crazy.

He clanked his glass against her with a boisterous laughter.

"HAHA! Welcome to the team then!"

He gave off a loud cheer for the whole tavern to hear.

"However... I'm not going to lie. I will need a thrall."

Frowning at him, I knew that if I were to be able to travel with him- I would need a good source of blood. I barely fed once a month already, and the energy needed for battle and thought would be constant needs.

"If you cannot provide, then you will have to let me hunt- which would go against your sayings non?"

"Indeed. It would. Feel free to use me, that is if those fangs can pierce my skin. I am disease free. With O-Positive by the way."

He gave her a quick wink. He didnt mind being the donar. He had more than enough body to produce the blood to her.

Raising my eyebrow, I looked at him.

"I only have melatonin as a sedative. It's a sleeping agent..."

He gave off one of his tumorous laughs once again. He couldnt help but laugh heavily at her claims of pain relievers.

"I'm a more powerful man than you would like to think. I can take the pain. Keep your sleeping medicine, ill just have whiskey if i need it."

"I kind of.. I can't turn it on and off. It's a gland."

Looking at her suspiciously, he pointed at her mouth. He kept his finger in place.

"How strong is it?"

Strong enough to take down a rhino?

"Depends on what I'm biting. If I get my teeth into a human who has a high metabolism, more of the sedative will escape into their system."

"Well... When was the last time you fed? As you can see, i have a pretty high metabolism. We need to test is some time anyways."

He lowered his shoulder as well as his collar. This could hurt her more than him, if her teeth werent sharp enough.

"Almost a month ago..."

I tilted my head as I watched him motion, before feeling my canines. When my tongue came back cut slightly, I was glad I took the time to sharpen them.

"Are you sure?"

He nodded before tilting his head and walking over to her. He braced himself for anything he was about to feel. He expected the stimulation of a bee sting.

"Go ahead. Takes as much as you need. Try not to kill me."

"Er... Very well."

Gently moving over his shoulder I put the tips of my fangs over his veins. Taking a deep breath, I bit down through his skin, and into the vein.

God.. I needed this..

Shuddering gently, I took a deep pull.

It only stung a little more than a bee sting. He didn't mind the pain, instead he balled his fist in attempts to block all traces of it. It was an odd feeling, having your blood drained.

"Heheh..."

Feeling him chuckle against my fangs was odd, and I had to force myself to pull back from the source of blood.

"Ah... Sorry."

Cheeks turning red, he looked at her curiously.

"Why'd you stop? Have your fill? And sorry for...?"

"I probably took more than I should have.. And I'm sorry for that."

Shrugging, I rubbed the back of my neck, before sitting back into the barstool.

Feeling a bit queasy, he began rubbing his temples in a circular motion.

"Don't feel like that. It gives more room for rum!"

And with that, he downed another mug.

"It's better if you get fresher air. I'm surprised you haven't passed out, what with me taking a pint or two of your blood..."

Lost in thought, I looked at my Katana. Unable to see my reflection in it's silvery surface, I sighed.

"Nah, i think i will be fine. More beer will fill the hole."

It took more effort than usual to pick up the mug. After he took a sip, he passed out facedown on the floor. He couldnt tell if it was from the alcohol or the low blood level.

Staring down at the now passed out Rider, I looked up at the Tender, who was pale-faced.

"Where does he reside?"




Carrying him on my back after the feeding was easy. He was lighter than I thought, but that might just be from the renewed energy. Carrying him to his home, I sighed quietly.

Stumbling a little, he muttered in his sleep.

"Sip, all monsters. drink..."

He dozed off again.

A little confused at his words, I sighed.

"Knew you'd still pass out.... Aios Dios"

Shaking my head, I frowned.

"Well. I'll have to drop you soon..."

"When is home at?" How close are she?"

He muttered a bit more in his half slumber.

"We're almost there, according to the bartender. And... I think it'll take a few more minutes. It's getting too bright for me to see, since you knocked my shades off."

I had to squint to see in the dawn light, aggravated at the amount of time it was taking for me to take him home.

"How are you seeing the way home?"

He motioned for her to let him down. He would be able to walk the rest of the way.
